Calabri Health provides outpatient behavioral health services, including but not limited to:

Services are subject to eligibility, assessment, and availability.
2. No Emergency Services
Calabri Health does not provide emergency services.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information

Attend scheduled appointments

Notify us of cancellations or changes

Participate in services as recommended
4. Appointments & Attendance

Missed appointments may impact services

Repeated no-shows may result in discharge

Timely participation is required for continued services
5. Consent to Communication
By engaging with Calabri Health, you consent to communication via:

This includes appointment reminders and service-related communication.
6. Use of Website
Users agree not to:

Submit false or misleading information

Attempt to access unauthorized data
