Requirements: Candidates must have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University in any of the following fields of study:

  • Psychology

  • Social Work

  • Medicine

  • Registered Nurse

  • Rehabilitation

  • Counseling

  • Sociology

  • Human Growth and Development

  • Physician Assistant

  • Gerontology

  • Special Education

  • Educational Psychology

  • Early Childhood

Human Resource Specialist

We are committed to safe care and respectfully treating clients with patience and proficiency.

An HR degree or business degree with an HR concentration is preferred. Knowledge of HR practices and processes preferred with 3 or more years of administrative experience; preferably in an HR department.

 

The Job Involves The Following Essential Functions

  • Facilitate pre-onboarding process and welcoming of new hires

  • Collect, review and process forms and information from pre-hire and hiring manager

  • Communicate with internal teams to establish start dates and onboarding plans

  • Welcome new hires on the first day and give office tours

  • Recruiting Coordination:

  • Assist with maintaining job descriptions and job postings

  • Schedule interviews and feedback discussions with interviewers

  • Process background checks and drug screens

  • May assist with drafting and/or sending offer letter packages to candidates

  • Support internship program through posting, scheduling, and logistics

  • Process terminations by communicating with manager and exiting employee, providing information and notifying internal teams

 

Excellent customer service skills. Strong computer skills in spreadsheets, charts, and word-processing. Strong oral and written communication skills. Basic math skills. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and meet deadlines. Confidentiality is a must.

Case Manager

Our goal is to assure that our behavioral healthcare services exemplify quality and efficiency. We primarily serve members of the community starting at age three. We are committed to safe care and respectfully treating clients with patience and proficiency.

 

The Job Involves The Following Essential Functions

  • Complete New Client Intakes

  • Manage and update all aspects of the case

  • checking that the client has housing, food, medication, social, and legal needs taken care of

  • CANS certification is necessary

  • completely and annotating quarterly reports, and send monthly updates/reports.
